Kwaku Duah Junior

Kwaku Duah Junior is a strategic development leader with deep expertise in business growth, project management, compliance, and organizational transformation. As Chief Business Development Officer of Continental EV & Energy Center, he leads national EV infrastructure planning, partnership development, and long-term expansion initiatives that support the country's transition toward clean mobility and sustainable energy systems.

He also serves as CEO of Nixol Management & Consult in Texas, where he provides executive advisory, operational improvement, and organizational development services to clients across multiple sectors. In Washington State, Kwaku works with 1st Edmonds AFH LLC and Bothell Serenity Corp as Business Development Officer and Special Assistant to the CEO, strengthening compliance systems, operational efficiency, and strategic planning across both organizations.

Kwaku holds a Master of Science in Development Management, an MBA in Accounting, and professional certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). His multidisciplinary background in finance, development management, and project leadership brings a disciplined, forward-thinking approach to every role.
